Buy a new one buy a new one
This system is not the best for a business who wants to develop quiet fast there is update during the day so sometimes i lost customers due to the slow process of the update of the system , now i move abroad and set up a new business and i thought i could take my machine with me as sum up existing in France as well , but i have been told i need to buy a new one as its a different currency , but i can tell you the machine is the same but business is business they want you to buy a new one . ...

Unreliable, you will lose customers and money!
I have a remote event right now and people are not able to pay via QR code that I generated. I went on the customer support chat, I called an hour and a half later, all I was told is the technical team is working on it. Is it really? Who knows, as there is no update, nobody who knows anything? Pointless Agents
Decent website, decent app, good terminals. Customer service, appalling. Sorry but the agents haven't a clue how to help with issues, it's obvious they just read from a script. Business card stops working and there solution if for you to figure it out yourself via the app, brilliant! So once there is a problem, your account becomes unusable and you're just left to accept it. Look to Revolut before you look to Sum Up
