SumUp has been the best solution for us at the church covering large events to the smallest day to day shop purchases. And for an added bonus we now have a SumUp manager Hamza on hand to help with any issues, not that we have had many issues but its good to know there is someone I can contact. Worst customer service ever
Operators making promises that the company do not acknowledge even when evidence is placed in front of them withholding monies and repeating the same verification process including supplying all personal Id and personal information on almost every transaction avoid unless you have alot of free time to waste as the response from operators if not given a lie is that they will do it in their own time
