Easy to use
Easy to use, no monthly fees, convenient for my customers and works with my POS app on my phone which works with my Bluetooth receipt printer for a seamless transaction. Perfect all round!

Thieves avoid at all cost
I booked an appointment with a clinic that uses SumUp they sent me a payment link to pay £150 to secure my appointment. I haven’t used SumUp before so had to create an account to make the payment. Assumed it was something like PayPal and made the payment via my card to sumup who paid the merchant. When I filled in the medical questionnaire the clinic said I could not have the treatment booked and sent me a refund. The money is now sitting in my SumUp wallet and they are refusing to let me ...

SUMUP appears to present a security…
SUMUP appears to present a security risk for when changing phones. When you replace your physical phone but retain your existing phone number, SUMUP do not automatically delete the registration data for your old mac/imei/phone combo. I was able to link my SUMUP reader to my phone for taking payments which created the impression that the registration for my phone was complete. I had to contact SUMUP support to have them delete the security data for my old ( deactivated ) phone before I could ...
