At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people
Waited until my account had money from customers then terminated my account with zero reason. Told they can either keep my money for 2 months or refund customers back for me to chase for new payment!!!!! Daylight robbers. Go elsewhere.

Don't bother with Sum Up's Customer Service
Their customer service chat is not usable. APPARENTLY, there's a person on the chat, but they don't respond for long periods of time (been in a chat with no progress for 40 minutes) they don't respond in any human way, and haven't a clue about what you've said in the chat or how to solve anything. No IT skills or customer skills. Its a completely useless service. Very disappointing

Sumup is fast
Sumup is fast, efficient, and professional. They are there for the customer with good support. Just one time my terminal didn’t work but then I realized that, like all computer type devices, that an update was necessary. Made it and away I went charging more customers cards perfectly.
