Started off well but these machines…
Started off well but these machines don't last. Would not connect to my phone, spent most of a day trying to sort it out but it wasn't solved. Lost out on about 6/7 sales that day and it didn't look good for my business either. They wouldn't send me a new machine as the warranty had ended, how convenient but then said they were sending me a new machine which was lies just to get rid of me because they had no clue what was wrong. I would leave no stars if it was an option. Purchased a card reader in November it froze and would not reset after 6 weeks of use. Sunup said I could not have a refund only a replacement. Took 2 weeks to get a replacement and it was the cheaper card reader they sent, took another 2 weeks to get the model I had purchased sent to me. Now this one has gone wrong and refuses to switch on - when it did work it continually logged me out and froze while trying to use. Have asked for a refund and ...
