Payout Issue
We've been with Sumup for many years and to be fair mostly without issue. However, yesterday we were expecting our weekly pay-out, but it did not arrive, no communication as to why it was delayed or when it maybe paid. Following on from a phone call today with support i was told there is a problem with there banking partners - Starling. Was using a competitor previously, sometimes waited 5 or 6 days for payout. Sum up device arrived within 24hr of ordering it, was very easy to set up the app. Payments received within 24hrs, brilliant service.
