It is OK when working well but ....
It is OK when working well but if you have problems the support is very poor. Firstly, the chatbot is a total waste of time, just ask for a human immediately. The online agents don't have an in depth knowledge of the software and its problems. They give stock answers that are not always helpful. If you contact the support team by email they don't respond half of the time.

For me in my Profession as a minicab…Private hire
For me in my Profession as a minicab driver the Passenger has choice to pay cash or card .SumUp is great for onboard use and it then gets transferred to my main bank which helps to pay for bills that come out regularly.
