another week another Storey sum up at their usual incompetent best. Took a payment money is been paid into the account Wnt to transfer it but keeps telling me the password is wrong yet. It’s a password that I’ve changed three times today and have used the time to get into my account spoke to 2 agents who both assured me that would be sorted ASAP this was at 11 o’clock this morning nearly 3:30 so obviously their idea of quickly is not my idea quickly.
