I received the sumup with no problems…

I received the sumup with no problems but setting up nightmare and asking for help took forever. This is no good trying to run a small business ! So, I have sent it back on 25th October 2024 and still waiting on refund !!!!!!!! I would not recommend this anyone gone back to my old provider and you can speak to them 24hr on telephone

Horrid company that doesn’t care.

This used to be a great company. They now suck. I was with them 8 years. They cut me off for no reason. I called them. Said they would look into it. Out a priority on my request. A week later, still waiting. Called back. Was told they were looking into. The rep said he had no idea when I would hear back. Waste of time. Avoid this company like the plague. They just don’t care.
