What do you like best? I like how you can save and share your searches. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit clunky. It's not easy to find your way around the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are monitoring any issues with our single sign-on app and seeing where users run into problems. We have been able to identity places in the app that need improvement.

Sumo Logic is a very powerful log storage and analytics platform

What do you like best? The power of the query language, and the speed with which I can execute queries over _huge_ volumes of data. What do you like best? The documentation and features. I was able to find what I needed, either through searching on google, or by figuring it out in the user interface. What do you dislike? Sumo logic is great for log aggregation and analysis and some performance monitoring

What do you like best? I live the live metrics the best. We have them integrated into our internal dashboards and it's extremely useful. I have worked with Splunk in the past, and while they provide the same out of the box log aggregation tools, Sumo logic's UX is far better. Powerful Tool

What do you like best? This is one of the best tool for checking logs, generating reports and metrics. Very handy and provides lots of customizations to exact what we are looking out of the logs. The easiest option for monitoring our application

What do you like best? I do not need to worry about capacity and performance. We analyze data in bursts and we don't need to scale Sumo for the occasions. I also use metrics to analyze performance during the burst period. What do you dislike? UI has been improved quite a bit over the last two years. What do you like best? I am using sumologic since 2016. It has very user friendly log search. There is a live tail feature which is very good. I think see http collector for my API s. Excellent product. Easy to use and greatly helped us to debug our systems

What do you like best? Sumologic is easy to use. We can create multiple log categories for each of our services. It integrates with AWS cloudwatch well. After sumologic groups our service logs into several meaningful categories, we can easily monitor and debug our system health and performance. What do you dislike?
