What do you like best? Easy to start using and provides extreme benefit even without knowing how to do complex queries/parsing. Support is quick to respond and helpful What do you dislike? Great UI and API access
What do you like best? Easy to learn logging and syntax. Able to gather very important systems info What do you dislike? Works for what I need it for
What do you like best? Allows me to review logs and errors for grade passback functionality. What do you dislike? It can be a bit slow at times. Not super intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trouble shooting grade pass back to student information systems.

What do you like best? one of the best thing about this is, do not care about the syntax just copy any word and paste it. very much user friendly. Helps with troubleshooting
What do you like best? I like how you can save and share your searches. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit clunky. It's not easy to find your way around the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are monitoring any issues with our single sign-on app and seeing where users run into problems. We have been able to identity places in the app that need improvement.
