Sumo is great

What do you like best? The platform is feature rich. I like the ability to add scheduled searches and use it for ad hoc monitoring. It's also invaluable for forensics. What do you dislike? I wish I knew better the query language and how to use it. In particular the ability to aggregate and do charts. Aspects are a big of a black box to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ad-hoc monitoring. Forensics when problems occur. We send ...

What do you like best? Dashboards and ability to check logs using What do you dislike? Syntax to query logs are not very well documented and explained in my opinion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are looking for information on cause of problems and errors for all of our microservices when errors are logged. This is very useful to us to improve error handling and improve quality of our services overall.

Helped in visualizing and finding potential bugs in the system by systematic logs

Simply amazing

What do you like best? The ability to correlate searches across different log types as well as filtering down to the information I need is invaluable. What do you dislike? There's not too much to dislike to be honest. Recommendations to others considering the product: DIve in with both feet. You won't regret it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The business problem is the correlation mainly. Sumo gives that ability in aces.
