Using Sumo Logic for Log Auditing and Analysis in my Team.

What do you like best? Very easy to configure different categories and familiar to use. What do you dislike? There is not any dislike but it would be good if we get feature like having metrices as well on Sumo logic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting Sumo alerts based on Sumo logic logs and we takes preventive actions before customer raise a defect.

Sumologic has been great!

What do you like best? It's fast, flexible, and the custom alerts are easy to setup. What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to define objects to parse in messages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Error reporting and bug investigations

What do you like best? Dashboards and ability to check logs using What do you dislike? Syntax to query logs are not very well documented and explained in my opinion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are looking for information on cause of problems and errors for all of our microservices when errors are logged. This is very useful to us to improve error handling and improve quality of our services overall.

What do you like best? Salability, No hardware or onsite servers needed. What do you dislike? Complexity, Very hard to learn the queries and navigate the system initially. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Log collection/storage

What do you like best? It's a great tool for deep diving API requests the merchant needs help with troubleshooting. It allows us to provide the proper white glove service we provide from our team. What do you dislike? Requests can take a long time to load if there is a lot of data to sift through. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? API requests, time outs or latency issues.

Helped in visualizing and finding potential bugs in the system by systematic logs

What do you like best? The ability to separate out your searched and rename them based on the search is a nice feature to have. Also, the live tail feature comes in very handy when you want to perform a constant monitoring of the logs being generated. Also the ability to visualize and query logs and to pin all the different searched to the top tab list. What do you dislike?
