What do you like best? The saved searches and ability to monitor for specific keywords in the logs What do you dislike? The less than real-time display and the long wait time for some searches What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Works for what I need it for

What do you like best? Allows me to review logs and errors for grade passback functionality. What do you dislike? It can be a bit slow at times. Not super intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trouble shooting grade pass back to student information systems.

Great UI and API access

What do you like best? Easy to learn logging and syntax. Able to gather very important systems info What do you dislike? Cannot make more complex charts/graphs in the UI What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Operations Analytics. We have been able to diagnose issues in our tech and third party vendors in an almost real-time environment .

Sumo is a Bacon Saver

What do you like best? Easy to start using and provides extreme benefit even without knowing how to do complex queries/parsing. Support is quick to respond and helpful What do you dislike? Extremely Powerful Log Aggregation and querying

What do you like best? I've recently discovered scheduled views and subqueries, and these really took investigative work to the next level. I can query my logs without writing custom scripts and cross reference information to predict errors and associate entirely disparate log sources to alert on a problem before it gets bad. Incredible product - reliable, powerful, and great UX

What do you like best? Sumo is incredibly dependable. As someone who has helped maintain our own ES cluster in the past and use kibana in place of sumo logic, it was always a pain trying to keep things up and running, and ensuring no one was going to run queries that would bring the ES cluster to its knees at times. What do you like best? Secure, very functional. I can find what I want, slice dice, make great julienne fries. Really this is the end all, be all solution for logging and parsing my data.
