Easy to use
What do you like best? Very easy to start by typing what you want to search. What do you dislike? Prompt for different categories are not very intuitive. Menu structure is sort of odd. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? System logs review.

What do you like best? Sumologic makes it convenient to search and filter logs from multiple sources. I do not remember a time when the service was down or unavailable. What do you dislike? The query language can be a little frustrating at times but it's somewhat understandable that it is designed the way that it is. What do you like best? The UI and interchange between log search and dashboard What do you dislike? Slow delay in loading dashboard when loading multiple dashboard. Fast and pretty intuitive
What do you like best? It is faster than Splunk. I like the shared dashboards feature. What do you dislike? Some of the default settings are a bit annoying and not immediately obvious how to change (e.g. log out after 15 minutes) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Once I knew where to find the dashboards I needed, I was able to troubleshoot webhook delivery issues, REST API request, etc.

Excelent analytics for logs and dashboards
What do you like best? I really like the simplicity to build dashboards and drill down on data with filters. What do you dislike? I would love the feature to view two or more graphs stacked on top of each other, as to easily compare related queries What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Multiple devs can have easy access to application logs and filter for transaction ids or filter by component. What do you dislike? Very reliable product
What do you like best? I Mostly use this product for Log analysis, it's very reliable. What do you dislike? Nothing, Everything is good, it could be more User friendly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping customer by searching logs.

Powerful yet simple tool
What do you like best? The various ways to aggregate data. Scheduled searches keep us on top of issues. What do you dislike? Need non-personal folders for more logical sharing. It's a pain to have to remember which human created a search or dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Real time tracking. We have been able to stay on top of issues.

What do you like best? Sumo Logic is very huge and there are so many things you could do, write your own queries, share queries and get t he desired output using various conditions. User friendly
What do you like best? one of the best thing about this is, do not care about the syntax just copy any word and paste it. very much user friendly. What do you dislike? sometime it's hard to create dashboards, overrall it's great product no complains as of now. What problems are you solving with the product?
