What do you like best? The documentation and features. I was able to find what I needed, either through searching on google, or by figuring it out in the user interface. What do you dislike? Would be great if there was first-class puppet support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? monitoring distributed application health and security.

Sumo logic is great for log aggregation and analysis and some performance monitoring

What do you like best? I live the live metrics the best. We have them integrated into our internal dashboards and it's extremely useful. I have worked with Splunk in the past, and while they provide the same out of the box log aggregation tools, Sumo logic's UX is far better. What do you like best? The ability to perform groupby functions and parse logs into actionable information has been great. My regex and SQL experience feels relevant despite not being familiar with server logs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Sumo logic makes it easy to find training online and plenty of documentation to follow. Before I had an account, I was able to follow along with the certification training on YouTube and get a head start before the rest of my company got a chance to get official training. Great for logging, but sometimes difficult to integrate with other data sources

What do you like best? Sumologic is able to collect all of our system level process data. This makes it easy for software teams to analyze datasets. What do you dislike? We have difficulty getting Sumologic data to "play nicely" with other data sources. What do you like best? Sumo Logic provides a platform for viewing the output of any configured system in your business. Many of these tools exist, but Sumo allows for deep querying and clever visuals of data that I have not yet seen in industry. What do you dislike?
