What do you like best? I like the relative ease of getting started writing queries. You can certainly get quite complex with your queries, but to start you can create very simple queries that correspond to a specific log. Also, SumoLogic provides very in depth tutorials. What do you dislike? Sometimes the amount of information in the tutorials is overwhelming and it's hard to be certain what you should implement and what is not right for your specific use. The dashboard feature is clunky and takes a long time to run the queries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
