The best quality photo program out there.

Great quality photos for a real reasonable price. I've joined other photo downloading programs and none had as much to offer without attaching extra costs. I love Storyblocks and it is a huge asset to my business.

So nice, I did it twice

I stumbled upon Videoblocks one day when I was desperately trying to find some stock footage and special effects. It took me a couple of days to fully decide to purchase a membership, but I'm very happy that I did. The only thing is that I wish there were more short intros and more alpha channel videos. After a couple of weeks on Videoblocks, I also purchased a membership on Audioblocks. Very happy with both memberships and highly recommend.

7 day trial: misleading.

I was given a 7 day trial. I tried it and then canceled it after 3 days. Little did I know they treat their video as a separate site. You need to cancel both accounts even though I signed into one. I mailed them to complain. I did not receive a follow up email or any comment. After a few days I noticed the charge was gone. Under account history on the site I found a notice of refund for the annual fee of $149 USD. My account is inactive but they still have my visa number and billing ...

Videoblocks is nothing but amazing. When I’m editing I always rely on the vast library of content, It’s handy easy to use and the videos are high quality. Thanks Videoblocks for making my life much easier.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE - INTERNET SCAM

I subscribed for the 10-days free trial and it required my credit card no. whereas it claimed that there will be no charges. After the 10-days trial end, it charged immediately without further notice which was totally an internet scam. Oh fine. Best part, once I went on to the ridiculously charged subscription month, I failed to download anything from it. Every time I try downloading, it directs me to login page again and again. It's a good USD$99 for nothing. I NEED A REFUND!

Spam

They for some reason, refuse to unsubscribe me off their newsletters. I downloaded a sample video from them, and since then they won't stop spamming my address. Contacting them about it or unsubscribing is useless. they keep sending it. So avoid registering on this site at all costs, its not worth it

Cancelling this service is a trial

Cancelling this service is a trial. There is no auto cancel available, I live outside the US so a 1-2 business day turnaround when I was expecting a simple click and cancel is a dreadful business model, or I could ring them during hours that are during my country's nighttime. The images are not even that good. Should have tried cancelling much earlier if I realised it would be such a problem

I've been auto-renewal with doubled price 3 months before the last day! And no way to cancel, no asking before. What can I do??? I've not used their service for half year already. How can they set up such a policy?
