Scamers!!! charging credit card without any CONFIRMATION

I got an offer on FB and joined VideoBlock for a year. The second year and third year apparently WITHOUT any email confirmation my credit card was charged 149 dollars!!!- I called customer service and is very clear that this kind of undercover charge is the main revenue stream for the company!! SO DISAPPOINTED

Their backend system is a nightmare, They demand 5 number postcode when Australia (country selected) has 4 which required human intervention correction correction. I did what was asked and awaited a response and got nothing. I went to the site and downloaded 1, yes just one tune and got a message I needed to upgrade because my free downloaded (20) had expired (what FREE download). Oh and I should say that they had my subscription fully paid up by this stage. Thinking I needed to find out ...

The first promo email I received for Storyblocks was actually via rgbstock.com. This promo invites you to create a Storyblocks account and access 20 free downloads a day for 7 days as a trial. I bit, hit the signup button, gave them my personal info including email only to find I couldn't go any further without providing a credit card ... which I DID NOT! The best quality photo program out there.

Great quality photos for a real reasonable price. I've joined other photo downloading programs and none had as much to offer without attaching extra costs. I love Storyblocks and it is a huge asset to my business.
