I signed up with VideoBlocks and barely used it. I put that down to my bad luck. But i then discovered that USD149 was taken from my account for year 2 without receiving any prompt or reminder. The company says it's due to an autorenewal and they don't refund. Evidently I had to actively click on a cancel of the autorenewal. Scam with poor quality footage with mediocre and premium content behind pay walls. If you cancel your subscription. They keep your money but discontinue the service, even if you paid for the year. Scammers.

HORRIBLE - Storyblocks

DO NOT sign up for the service. I was PULLED into purchasing the software because I purchase movavi. When i was unable to upload the music to movavi i cancel. Storyblocks advised that because i logged in I was going to be unable to get a full credit back. They ARE horrible, MOVAVI is terrible.

I joined VideoBlocks a year ago (2017) in order to create music videos for my songs, which are multi-genre and diverse in style. For my year's subscription I get to download an unlimited number of designated "free" clips from the VB library. This in itself is a phenomenal deal! I'd say that I managed to find 95 percent of relevant clips for free that I could use, so I'm happy with that. **ISSUE RESOLVED** I would NOT recommend Audioblocks to anyone. Without my permission, they took $149 of my credit card. Most subscription services will notify you in advance about any upcoming renewal. Audioblocks however, are not interested, they simply took the money and when I politely notified them saying I do not require the services (approx 3 hours after they took my money) they replied saying it's non refundable and there's nothing they can do about it. DO NOT SIGN UP They have hoaxed me into signing up; I thought I was registering for a 2-week trial through a Youtube sponsorship but the link took me to a landing page for a discounted membership. Have been trying to ease into their services and save money they have taken from me by using their stock but they exclusively have stuff you can easily find on other sites for ABSOLUTELY FREE. It's outrageous. Save yourself some money and anger; don't sign up.
