If I could give this company zero star I would. 7 phone calls and two emails in 2 days. 40% of the time when I call a third party answering service picks up and says that video blocks will reach out to me. They have charged me over $1000 for content and I still cannot download a single piece of content I have paid for. I keep being told that its a security feature in their software that keeps triggering accidentally and that it has been fixed. Clearly that is not the case and this has ...

This is a great service, and a great company to do business with. I ran into some issues with my subscription, and they were very gracious in helping me solve the problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for royalty-free audio.

I just purchased a video footage from them , the transaction was successful but I was unable to download. They already charged to my credit card but there is no record about my purchase in my account. I paid for the membership and the video itself and it was so pricy but their service is really bad. I called the hotline, they said they will get back to me soon but it was already 2 hours and I don't think they will.

I would highly recommend Videoblocks to amateurs and pros alike! In all honesty, I was sent an offer for a reduced one-year membership, $99.00 USD. For my particular needs, I could not justify the normal yearly price. Since the name change the service has plummeted! I use all three of their packages for music, images and videos. The music often gets caught up in licensing issues, the image selection is rubbish because images are then locked behind a further pay wall, and likewise with the video. For what you pay, you receive a pretty dreadful service. A great shame considering what the company used to be.

Videoblocks CHARGED ME for a subscription I had CANCELED well in advance. Videoblocks DOES NOT let me CANCEL my account. I am angry at Videoblocks for various account and billing issues.
