This is the best video download service…

This is the best video download service I have ever found. They offer a huge library of wonderful video clips, and they are high quality. I've already used dozens of their clips and am very impressed. The service is absolutely worth the full price - but the intro price is just way too good to ignore. I liked the VideoBlocks service so much I also purchased a subscription to StoryBlocks and AudioBlocks. With these three services I can create awesome content. Thanks folks!

Most companies give you a warning before renewing your subscription, especially when a trial is about to end. I had no idea I'd forgotten to cancel the trial within 7 days, which is admittedly my mistake. But there was no reminder whatsoever saying, "Hey, your trial is about to end," or "Hey, we're about to bill you." RECTIFIED SITUATION QUICKLY

I am absolutely furious. I cancelled my renewal subscription days before the account was set to renew and this company still took $198 dollars from my account. Their website simply says "No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods" I CANCELLED THE AUTO-RENEWAL! AND THEY STILL TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! *EDIT* A representative reached out with in hours to organise a refund

Don’t waste your money! I signed up for Storyblocks back when it was called “GraphicStock.” I needed an affordable stock image resource and was lured in by a campaign for around $50 a year. But once I started using it, I was shocked by the poor selection of images. Most of my searches came up empty, or the images that did appear were very poor quality.
