Wonderful customer service!

What do you like best? I enjoy Stackadapt because of the ease of setting up a campaign within the platform and the great customer service given by their team of account managers. What do you dislike? I don't enjoy the reporting platform or tool available through stackadapt because it's not very intuitive or user-friendly. What do you like best? The most powerful aspect of StackAdapt is the ability to target by custom audience segments - this feature alone is worth the price of admission for using the platform What do you dislike? Better native integrations with MAPs such as Pardot What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? StackAdapt is great at reaching the right audience with the right message on the right device

Great Platform And Only Getting Better

What do you like best? The platform keeps evolving to become a better tool for advertisers. What do you dislike? Platform overview page is a little disorganized and always defaults to All Advertisers... i wish i could easily go into an advertiser and only see their campaigns - just better dashboard navigation similar to Facebook Ad Manager or Google Ads Recommendations to others considering the product: Great native partner! There tends to be some discrepencies between what GA is reporting vs the platform. It's something we have struggled to resolved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great way to reach new people, new audiences, new markets for our customers!
