Top Notch Account Teams

What do you like best? Easy to use platform, great reporting, and the account teams are top notch! What do you dislike? Hard to find out where your ads will run (domains, etc.) without using a custom list of domains. I'm fine with it, but it can be a hard sell for clients that want to be on the "best sites only." What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Amplification of earned coverage and owned content.

Working with StackAdapt for the first time - great so far!

What do you like best? Chris has been very helpful - we've had multiple back and forth email exchanges and the service has been great. What do you like best? The account management is A+! and every team member is on it. What do you dislike? Nothing, we love how turn key the solution is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Conversion of online sales in retail.

What do you like best? Although the DSP itself is pretty much a breeze to use, in all honesty, my accounts team Amika and Kendra are the primary reason I continue to use the platform. Their proactivity and genuine concern for the well-being of my campaigns is a rare find nowadays and I haven't come across any other team that is as hands-on as they are. What do you dislike? The platform offers great possibilities at a totally raisonnable cost. For our needs, it's awesome.
