What do you like best? They have a great team on tap to help get things booked and optimized while running. The CTR on most of my campaigns has been stellar and their AI seems to be on point in terms of targeting and optimizations. What do you dislike? I would ask that they improve reporting. As the UI is still new, there are some features that can be immediately improved, such as bulk feature functionality. What do you like best? One of the things I enjoy most about StackAdapt is their thinking about our campaigns. They are coming to the table with ideas and strategies to enhance our campaigns. And they work! What do you dislike? The reporting dashboard. It is difficult to navigate. I wish I could pull a report as I see it on the screen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to manage our campaigns in-house.
