Not what I wanted, but good overall experience

Though the software wasn't quite what I was looking for, I must admit that I do like the concept of what it is doing, and the customer service was outstanding. I look forward to seeing how it improves over the next few months-years. Keep up the great work!

My experience with speechify has been great. I got help from Nikki to be able to continue using this app for my school work. I would definitely recommend if you are a slow reader this took down my reading time so much. I was able to read my textbook in 30 mins which would usually take 3 hours

The voices seem really a person reading to you. User friendly interface. It has quick and helpful after sales costumer service/chat within the app. I had a pleasant experience on troubleshooting my premium account changes and refund.

Great Service

Big fan of this app, the ai functionality of custom voices really is an awesome novelty. But even more impressive than the app is the customer service. I’ve had very few issues with this app and when I did experience any issues they were addressed very quickly. I felt very well taken care of. Rizzalyn is a gem! Simply the best 👌🏽

With some initial hiccups that client service resolved... OMG what a great invention. Being a long haul covid patient, i could not read long texts any more. Now i can and i am so exited! I get the price, it must take loads of developers hours to get these voices so natural.
