Excellent customer service. Had a whole host of problems ranging from getting started with payment to the application of the App on my new phone. AS A LAW STUDENT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but once on the service, I became hooked. I am in law school and have to read around 500 pages a week. Of course I am able to do it without but speechify really enhanced my learning. I also use it while I run to listen to the notes I took to better remember the material. Fransiska and Lovella are two amazing employees who assisted me greatly at the beginning with all the questions I had. What a great team! In short - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Have just recently subscribed to Speechify. Nikki my online customer service representative was excellent and answered my questions promptly. I am loving the app especially the ability to choose the voice that you want. Makes reading fast and easy.
