Great company

Speechify was incredibly helpful when I first started law school and was having trouble focusing on so much reading for long periods of time. Not only that but the customer service, specifically from Christian, was honestly the best customer service experience I've had. When my subscription renewed automatically, I didn't need speechify anymore and they were quick, friendly, and refunded my account and even canceled the auto-renew for me. I hardly had to do anything. 10/10 business!

What a genuinely lovely and helpful person Fransiska is! They were so professional and went above and beyond to help me with my subscription issues. I'm about to start my Master's at Kings University, and I have no doubt this will be invaluable in helping me cope with my dyslexia.

Speechify has helped me with my…

Speechify has helped me with my studies. I often do everything else around the house when I need to read my text books. But with Speechify I can listen and read along. I can see how long the next chapter is going to take and I can plan my breaks from that. I can listen to both English and Swedish which helps me. And last but not least, the support they provide are World class! Ian really helped me put the other day. I totally recommend trying Speecify!

Charged twice…kind of my fault

Getting credited for the friend referral was confusing. It would be better to just reduce the price right away. So, that caused problems for me, but a guy named Mike helped me get it all sorted out. Overall I am loving the functionality of Speechify and how well it pairs with Kindle books. I wish it was cheaper, but grateful nonetheless.

After experiencing some issues with Speechify's app, I emailed them explaining what had gone wrong. Ian got back to me in no time, and was able to solve them. He and I exchanged a few emails, while offering me a new solution using OCR in pdf files, which did the final magic trick. Thank you Ian at Speechify for your support.
