Love the app, great customer service
Love the app! I have a long commute to school every day, and this app lets me listen to my readings during my drive so I don’t fall behind. Customer service is also great; contacting them is simple and quick over online chat or WhatsApp. I had trouble with claiming a discount code for premium, and Mozzamil got me the refund very quickly (and on a weekend!). Highly recommend premium if you are a student, or want an easy way to listen to PDFs or word docs.

Customer Service where they actually serve the customer
I can’t recall the last time I had a customer service representative who proactively followed up with me (multiple times) over several weeks, to help me resolve my (login) issue. Perplexing problem brilliantly solved
I had a very perplexing problem that suddenly appeared after using this wonderful app. Jerylle was determined to solve it, and after working on it even over the weekend, all has been resolved. I recently subscribed to a voice cloning service and bought a subscription after a trial period. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations, and I canceled it, but my account was still charged. I contacted their support and spoke with Nikki, who was incredibly helpful and apologetic. She promptly issued a refund. Thanks to her excellent customer service, I'm more inclined to renew my other services with the company. I’m happy with how it was handled!
