I was very pleased with the customer service, especially Lovella. She was very attentive to what my concerns were and made sure that every question was answered. I had made an error when signing up for the "free trial", and Lovella corrected it and made sure that I was happy with the one year subscription I ended up getting. I subscribed to Speechify recently and I can say for the shot time I have used it, it has really changed my study experience. I cancelled the subscription due to financial challenges and Maria from speechify provided me the most support I needed,she has the deepest understanding of my situation and gave me her time to resolve it. For sure its a service I can recommend anyone.

Not capable of doing what it advertises

My main issue is that it cannot read text that is in columns which is a problem for a lot of academic papers and textbooks. Annoyingly, they even have an image of a PDF with columns of text in their app advert despite not having the ability to read it. The only way to get around it is to crop each page into individual columns which is annoying and time consuming. When I do crop the text it reads the each line as though it's the end of a sentence which makes it difficult to listen to and ...
