Nikki is a powerhouse!

Got a full refund after confusion
I tried the three day trial and assumed the payment would be done monthly. This was not the case, however, and to my surprise the full year price was withdrawn from my account. After contacting the support team about this I got a full refund, which I appreciated a lot! (The confusion mainly was because there was no option for a free trial on a monthly plan, which would have been a nice option to have!)

I got this for my son
I got this for my son. But couldn’t figure out how to use it on a tablet. So I cancelled the trial. I was still charged for a full year. I contacted them to get a refund and Rizzalyn was great and got me my full refund.

Not so much option for subscription plan. The fee is confusing at first glance that it makes some people thought that the fee is just small.

Speechify is worth it!
Speechify has totally transformed my desire for “reading.” As a tool, it has helped me get through several books and actually retain the info. Speechify customer service is on point, and recently Maria solved the issue of a premium word limitation. I’ve recommended Speechify to many of my fellow students and can’t speak highly enough of the app!
