Subscription refund
I was helped by Christian one of the support agents for Speechify which helped me get to a resolution about a refund he had to process because I forgot to disable auto-bill. Know what you’re buying
Know what you’re buying. The chrome plug-in has one pricing structure while the standalone desktop application has another cost. You have to take a screenshot to have something read via the desk application while the plug-in reads website.
