So far, so good. TTS technology has come a long way. Love the various voice choices. Snoop narrates every document to me and I love it! Mozzamil was a great resource for me and helped answer my questions right away.

I made a mistake and didn't realize i…

I made a mistake and didn't realize i needed to sign up for the yearly subscription in order to participate in the free trial. I contacted customer service and Maria showed me my mistake then said she'd take it to her supervisors. This started on Friday, and she contacted me a few times to let me know she was still working on it. Today I received my refund. Maria is a rockstar and the company provides a good product and deals fairly with it's customers. You can't ask for better.

Taking care of business 👏

I really appreciate my customer serivice agent Mozzamil for hearing my concerns and helping to solve my problem. I really think speechify should have an unlimited word option for premium voices which I hope they come up with in the future but Mozzamil is the main reason I will be renewing my service with this app.

The ONLY useful results & great support

I tried multiple voice cloning services, including famous ones, but I had no luck because my language is very rare! This was the only one that worked well and didn't have an English "gibberish" accent! The support team, including Mozzamil and others, was very helpful; even though I was confused many times, they always helped me clarify things despite my hard technical questions.

I worked with Sheila to resolve an issue that I had concerning a charge with my company. She was an absolute pleasure, was steadfast with continued communications until the charge was resolved. Speechify is a great product and Sheila made the whole experience that much better.

Best customer service

I was having some issues / *a bug* with my Speechify download on my MacBook, and Rizzalyn worked with me for several days (due to my busyness and not being able to respond to emails readily) to find a solution. This was the best, and quickest, customer service, I have ever had from an app. Rizzalyn stayed in communication and worked with me to figure out the finicky issue. So grateful for this app overall, but the customer service is also great.

Grateful for customer service and speechify!

I recently experienced trouble with my account. Jerylle was exceptionally helpful to me in figuring out and remedying the issue. This was very meaningful for me, because I am a full time student, and I rely heavily on speechify to help me with my extensive readings while living a busy life.
