Nikki provided helpful and friendly customer service. Even though she wasn’t able to fix the issue I had (turning a PDF sideways to read easier) she assured me that other requests have been made previously and that this is something that will be looked at. Her communication was clear and helpful.

a shout out to Jerylle! at speechify - what a great help guiding me through the free trial, answering all my questions. After a few days I'm addicted to speechify, after struggling for soooo long!
