Christian is very helpful, attentive and prompt. I've had an issue but he was so quick to attend to my querie. I am very much thankful! This app is also very useful. It eases my studies and was able to accomplish more pdf readings.... Keep up the good work!

Had to cancel service but was too late?

I recently lost my job and had no further need to renew my Speechify premium account but as it happened I was in an accident and broke my leg about the time I should have cancelled my renewal. Thankfully I was able to eventually get assistance from Speechify's customer assistance department and Mozzamil was very helpful, professional, and kind in assisting me with my request for a cancellation and refund. I had ordered Speechify but it wouldn't work on my computer (didn't meet requirements) and they helped me cancel said order although the deadline for trial was missed by a day. Sheila went above and beyond to help.
