Speechify for grad school was great

I used Speechify for a year during school -- I was able to listen to all of my textbook readings in an engaging way. Even though some of the digital textbooks come with an audio feature, it's not natural. Listening to them on Speechify was like listening to a podcast which helped me retain so much more. At the close of my service, Nikki, my customer service rep, was super helpful and kind.

Cancel during free trial, get charged full price

I canceled my subscription while still in the free trial period and stopped using the product. Then, after the free trial period was done, I got charged for a year’s subscription! Now I’m being refused a full refund, even though I was charged in error. I have not even used the product as I wasn’t expecting to have it!

Good customer service

Well I subscribed and used the product, but when I renewed my office 365, I realized the current version of Word has a speech to text utility built i. My automatic renewal had passed, but Brandale got me my refund. The product worked fine, I just didn't turn out to need it on a continuing basis

Very good customer service. I thought I’d made a mistake with my subscription and Maria was quick and reassuring in her response. Also, the fact they move enquiries immediately on to WhatsApp makes the process smooth, easy and quick.

My bank wanted to verify my Speechify purchase. I was not sure at the time of my original trial, so I cancelled my subscription. When I made up my mind to give Speechify the “college try” my bank blocked the charge. But what was amazing is Speechify did not cancel me they kept trying and got in touch with me. Shout out to Sofia. I am an older student in college and I need all the help I can get. Speechify has been amazing to use to get the reading in for my classes. Yay, for 1.5 speed! ...

Speed up your level of knowledge intake with Speechify.

I use Speechify on a daily basis and find it incredibly useful for all sorts of reading; articles, documents book reading and so on. Any issues I have incurred the Customer Service are prompt and helpful I would like to see the premium reduced to affordable level as this is the most expensive app I have. Guy
