I rated this 5 stars because I had some trouble navigating the app and was lucky enough to be in contact with Sofia who answered all my questions and was able to help me in timely manner. The app itself is great but the customer service is hard to beat. Thanks Sofia!

Customer service is incredible.

Customer service is incredible. Fransiska is excellent, I genuinely thought it would be a nightmare getting things done but they have been fantastic, have responded to emails very promptly, and gotten me what I needed in a flash. 10/10. The product is also very good.

This is an amazing bit of software

This is an amazing bit of software. Easy to use, a great selection of voices and accents and, as a student, it has a really useful filing system for books and files. Super helpful on the chat too. 👍

I love speechify, I've been using it for a few years now. The customer service response time is very quick and I always feel listened to and respected.

I love the app, it is very useful and both the free and paid features give it a special touch.As for the service, it was excellent. Due to an oversight and misunderstanding, I was charged for the year's subscription and I cannot afford to pay for it.So I wrote by email (so as not to abuse premium reviews that I couldn't afford) and the response was quick, friendly and accurate. Useful app with great customer service

I’m enjoying the Speechify app, it’s letting me work through the backlog of ebooks that I have, but haven’t had time to sit down and read, as audiobooks. I purchased the premium subscription and it looked like it was applied to my account, but after reading 450,000 words, it reverted from the premium voices back to the free voices. I contacted customer service and Poonam helped me fix the issue and restored full functionality to my account within about 6 hours.
