At first, I had a small issue with the platform where I canceled but was still charged. I was quite upset about the situation, and I immediately contacted support to explain what had happened. Agents Cristian and Brandale provided me with full support during this incident. They understood the situation and refunded me fairly. Great tool, great customer service

Great tool, just didn't realize it was a paid subscription until it was too late. However, customer service by email was absolutely helpful and very quick to refund my money. I enjoyed Speecify while I had it, and would absolutely give it another shot once I'm in a better place financially.

Payment of app and refund

I have had an issue in regards to payment of app. I have contacted support, The support person who has been very patient with me as I have had difficulty in accessing invoice and payment of app. Support person who handled my case has been very helpful and I know that support personnel do care about customers and has been in constant contact with me and has been able to resolve my request for a refund. The best text-to-speech app on the market!

I've been using Speechify for a few years now, and it's become my go-to app for daily commutes and workouts. Ian at Speechify was super friendly and helpful, and their AI voices are surprisingly natural-sounding. When I had a question, they responded promptly and went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot. 5 stars!
