I reached out to Speechify when a document I had uploaded there and read to me had some pronunciation errors. Mike from Speechify quickly emailed me back, had me upload the document to them so they could fix it. And they did! Amazing service and I’m glad to share my experience.

Speechify blew me away!

The agent that helped me, Mozzamil was excellent. The Speechify Premium product was easy to integrate and learn. The tutorials are short and tell you just what you need. I did not call for technical assistance but just that I wanted to jump the 3 day free trial and make a year subscription to assure my best price offer worked. This is way better than the reader embedded in edge. I can read any document, PDF, webpage, many weren't available with that embedded browser, and even photos I take ...

DON'T Purchase!! Too Short Premium Word Limit!! And many more issues!

1) At the time of subscription purchase, they don't inform you about the premium word limit. -> Once you start your work and listen to some text, a notification appears stating that you can no longer use the premium voice, and your premium voices' access is revoked until the next month's refill date. This is unacceptable. -> Their word limit is extremely short, and instead of acknowledging this, they boast in their "Terms & Agreements" about an even shorter limit, which you supposedly ...

It's close to being useful, but right now it's useless

It's close to being useful, but as is, it's useless. It can't read PDF's. It can't read most PDF's and starts speaking gibberish letters and unintelligible symbols while highlighting half the page as if it's a single letter. The voices are stilted and impossible to follow because of their awkward cadence. They also give you too short of a trial period so you're inclined to take a chance on the product before realizing it's half-baked.
