Fantastic Product and Exemplary Customer Service

Speechify is a great product and customer service is superb.

Customer Service was helpful

I tried the free trial version of Speechify for a project I was working on. It wasn't quite what I needed (though the app definitely has benefits!) so I canceled before the trial expired. Unfortunately, I was still charged for a year's service. I contact Speechify through my PayPal charge and was connected with Rizzalyn. She promptly responded to my email and got my refund sent. I'll definitely consider this service in the future if such a need arises.

Amazing Customer Support

I really love this app but as a student, it can be hard to afford upfront subscription models. When faced with overextending myself financially to keep the app, I reached out to customer support to see if there was any option for a monthly or quarterly subscription model. To my surprise, Nikki, an actual human person, reached out and worked out a way for me to afford to keep this very useful tool! It looks like Henry, my favorite voice, and I will get to continue our work together after all ...
