Customer Service was helpful

I tried the free trial version of Speechify for a project I was working on. It wasn't quite what I needed (though the app definitely has benefits!) so I canceled before the trial expired. Unfortunately, I was still charged for a year's service. I contact Speechify through my PayPal charge and was connected with Rizzalyn. She promptly responded to my email and got my refund sent. I'll definitely consider this service in the future if such a need arises.

Customer service was brilliant tonight

Customer service was brilliant tonight. I was dealing with Rohan who replied to me within minutes, answering my pricing question. This tool is a game-changer for me because I find it hard to read and understand long, and short documents, articles, pdf's books, but with Speechify it's been more enjoyable learning whilst listening. Hopefully some new discounts will be out and I can keep on using.

Highly recommend to college students

The team was very helpful to convert my google linked account to a regular login to be able to access even when logged in to a different gmail or google account and needing to use speechify.

Amazing Customer Support

I really love this app but as a student, it can be hard to afford upfront subscription models. When faced with overextending myself financially to keep the app, I reached out to customer support to see if there was any option for a monthly or quarterly subscription model. To my surprise, Nikki, an actual human person, reached out and worked out a way for me to afford to keep this very useful tool!
