"I tried this app, while it works well, I decided to deactivate it after three days. I was charged for the premium version, but thanks to the excellent support from Christian, who was incredibly helpful and efficient, I received a refund quickly. Great customer service

Kristy steered me in the right direction very quickly, and I've found out a lot of things because of her. I like speechify very much and their customer service is fast, considering that they're on a different time zone than I, and Kristy was constant in checking that I had everything and that all of my questions were answered.

Customer service was brilliant tonight
Customer service was brilliant tonight. I was dealing with Rohan who replied to me within minutes, answering my pricing question. This tool is a game-changer for me because I find it hard to read and understand long, and short documents, articles, pdf's books, but with Speechify it's been more enjoyable learning whilst listening. Hopefully some new discounts will be out and I can keep on using.
