I was talking to Brandale who helped me very fast. I’ve created by mistake two accounts and I was charged twice. The problem was solved within a couple days and my money was refunded. Now I have a subscription only at one account and I am very happy with it. The app speaks very nice and is very useful. There could be a little bit more Polish voices though. It’s great that the app can read scans. I also like the browser extension. I would recommend both Speechify and its technical support.

Polite workers and good app

I had some issues when it came to ending my free trial. I was going to be charged for the year that I could not afford. Fransiska went through multiple options for me and successfully refunded me when none of the options were viable for me. They were consistently polite and concise. The app itself is very well made, and if I could have afforded it, I would have kept the subscription as it was extremely easy to use and did exactly what it said it would.

Any time I have created a ticket the response has been quick to close the matter with positive results and from the same person (Poonam). There are plenty of times with other services when the ticketing process has been unnecessarily complicated, even a joke, and this has not been the case so far.
