This programme really slows down my mac…
This programme really slows down my mac for some reason. Difficult to login and almost daily spam emails Auto renew tried to cancell and was refused a refund paypal holding the incorrect contact details

Very impressed by tech support
I could not be more impressed by the quality of Speechify’s tech support. Not only did they take the time to diagnose the exact problem I was having, but they converted the file for me, and even showed me how to do that myself for other files in the future. Maria, my point of contact, was excellent—friendly, prompt, and responsive. I really enjoy Speechify, and my positive tech support experience proves that the app was a good investment.

Awesome Customer Support
Speechify is an Amazing product. I have developed low vision, that cannot be corrected. But with Speechify, I can “read” and take courses once again! I made a typo while subscribing, making it necessary to email Brandale, with customer support. He researched my account and located and corrected my mistake! Brandale was Efficient and Effective… and an Excellent representation of Speechify!

Avoid this scam company & product
I took out a 3 day free trial to see the usefulness of the product and I cancelled the subscription within the 3 days free trial period but they still deducted money via PayPal account. This appears to be a scam as they duped me into entering 2 subscriptions but have details of only one which was cancelled. The customer service are not responding and not providing refund. The product is useless as it just seems to another version of audio books. I don;t see how they are able to legally ...
