Great service and great customer support!

This is such a neat service and I often recommend to clients that are in need of accommodations for school/work or friends that just want to be more efficient. I can listen to research papers while I do other things (mostly crochet) which makes research papers less tedious. Customer service is super helpful. Rohan took excellent care in helping me with a billing issue. I cannot say how grateful I am! If you are on the fence, definitely give it a try!

A very convenient application

A very convenient application with a lot of functionality, you can speed up the reading of the text, change the voices, leave the music in the background, adapt the visual part of the text. Files are loaded well. Lovella, customer manager, answers questions quickly and effectively. It might be worth working on the design of personal web pages and the display of subscriptions, but these are details. So the entire design of the applications is quite clear, convenient and done with taste.
