Great Customer Service

Just wanted to come on here to give Speechify kudos for amazing customer service. Wanted to cancel my subscription and they were extremely quick and efficient helping me get my money back. (Thank you Ian from Speechify). May renew my subscription at a later date.

Charged monthly fee for year subscription free trial

Speechify charged me for a monthly subscription after I selected the yearly subscription free trial. I have a photo of the screen saying it was the yearly trial. I thought maybe it was a glitch and immediately reached out. Not only did it take them a while to get back to me, but they then left me on read when I gave an explanation. Their final response was that they could not give me a refund because they do not give refunds on monthly subscriptions. They did not acknowledge what I said at ...

Awesome customer service! I received a reply within a few hours with the exact instructions on how to fix the problem I was having. Brandale was exceptionally professional and responsive. Because of this experience and the great product value the platform provides I will gladly retain my services with Speechify for many years.
