What a Marvelous Application!

I cannot say enough about the marvel of Speechify. As a premium user I’m blown away by its seamless functionality and HD voices. Its AI integration is the icing on the cake. As impressed as I am with the application functionality, I am just as impressed with the great customer support. Nikki was amazing! Her promptness and followup to my issue were true examples of excellent customer service.

Speechify has been a very help tool for me to quickly get through long articles. That being said, I needed to cancel my subscription for the moment while I look for a job after university. I accidentally renewed my subscription when I meant to cancel it. I reached out to a customer service representative and Lovella helped me with refunding and canceling my subscription. Very pleased with my I.T experience. I reached out to Speechify, with an issue downloading a certain book and Mike was quick to reply, and followed it through until it was resolved. I love listening to my audio books and this option is so much less expensive than the audible. I can choose my narrator, depending on the book there are several to choose from, select my speed, and go back to work!
