I have learning disabilities
I have speechify on my phone, and I was trying to connect my laptop, but it would not work. My laptop kept saying basic, not premium. I message their support team, and they helped me figure out what was wrong. I sent them screen shots of my laptop and screen shots of my phone, and it was different e-mails because I used apple Pay. I am so grateful for the help 🧡🧡🧡 having learning disabilities this is going to change my life!!!

Lovely customer service
Had some trouble immediately after upgrading into Premium but the customer service was gracious to lend prompt assistance on the matter. Nikki was particularly helpful and thoughtful in facilitating the matter! Glad I can enjoy Speechify fully now!

Excellent app! Highly recommended
Fransiska has been excellent in helping me out with technical issues and so quick to respond. I love using speechify for my UNI readings that can most of the time be so boring. I can read anywhere and everywhere I go which makes my life easier to manage and I get to be so productive listening while I multitask 😍 down part would be that it’s so pricey 😭😭😭
