Great customer service by Ian and product works seamlessly on iOS and chrome extension

this app gets a solid 4.5 of of 5

I would give the app a perfect score if there wasn’t a monthly limit(450,000) to the amount of words the premium voices can read. But I haven’t yet been able to max out my limit yet so I don’t even know if it’s more than I’ll ever use in a month. The customer service is great tho— they get a perfect score. They’re helpful and I’m glad I’m not talking to a bot. Overall, this app gets a solid 4.5 of of 5 from me. Thanku for helping me with my ADHD!

The website works perfectly

The website works perfectly but I didn’t need it anymore and I had an issue with the subscription payment. They were super helpful and the agent Sofia fixed the problem in no time. I would absolutely recommend it!
