What do you like best about Smartsupp? Biggest upside: possibility to communicate with customers on site. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? There are no downsides that come to my mind. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? The Chatbot is able to solve most frequent customer issues when I do not have time to attend to them personally.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? I like, that it's very intuitive and easy to use. I get a push notification whenever a user wants to chat with us. I can answer the chat anywhere on my mobile simply like texting with a friend. When I'm near my computer I can easily switch to a browser app which makes my chatting even faster. What do you like best about Smartsupp? Quick and seamless setup experience. The app functions perfectly on both Mac and iPhone. The support team was exceptionally responsive and efficiently resolved the issue I encountered. What do you dislike about Smartsupp?
