What do you like best about Smartsupp? Smartsupp offers many interesting options. It's easy to use and it's possible to customize the appearance of the chat widget, which is really cool. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Everything is ok, only word limit is too small in some options. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? It is possible to set automatic replies to customer messages and check customer's behavior on the website, I like it a lot.
