What do you like best about Smartsupp? Velmi uživatelsky příjemná a přehledná aplikace, výborná je i mobilní verze What do you dislike about Smartsupp? Zatím nemám připomínky, vše funguje dobře. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Okamžitý kontakt se zákazníky. Zákazníci oceňují možnost mít dotazy ihned zodpovězené aniž by museli telefonovat.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? Es muy facil de usar, no requiere conocimientos. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? No hay nada que no sea útil, si fuera gratis sería perfecto. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Es una herramienta perfecta para estar conectado con el cliente en tiempo real, manteniento el historico de conversaciones.

What do you like best about Smartsupp? The availability of the system, it is also flexible and can be used on any site, it is easy to configure and automate. The statistics are also an amazing part of the whole system where you can track the customers. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? What do you like best about Smartsupp? Líbí se mi komplexnost celého řešení, kde využíváme zároveň tři systémy. Jak chat se zákazníky, tak video náhravky skrz návštěvnost uživatelů, ale i marketingový nástroj chatbot, který se tedy učíme využívat :) V nekonečné řadě je i fajn mít mobilní aplikaci pro komunikaci se zákazníky, kde to není limitováno sedět stále u počítače.
